Not only does Digital Dashboard draw data from existing Concept™
sources, it integrates with third-party operational applications.
Users are given immediate access to highly relevant metrics to
measure asset performance and key business metrics at a glance.
Users can respond quickly to potential problems or opportunities,
and accomplish specific facilities and infrastructure management
goals, thanks to having real-time information at a glance.
Workflow Lite™ from FSI offers complete control over the
business rules which trigger system communications and content.
Workflow Lite™ enables the automation of email, efax and
SMS text messaging, using a graphical flow charting design interface,
to map the business rules which trigger messages. Dynamic content
can be defined for each message, including HTML for email formats,
to enhance data presentation.
FSI’s Workflow Pro™ solution delivers reusable software
components to build upon Workflow Lite’s automated messaging
functionality. Workflow Pro™ enables you to automate and
integrate Concept™, leveraging greater value from your investment.
Workflow Pro™ functionality can be extended to include Nodes:
activities which are automatically actioned by the Workflow engine.
